My Dashboard

We suggest you sign up for a D Publishing account before you start working on your manuscript. This will mean that your work will be saved for you to come back later, and you can easily view the status of your book in the production and publishing process. On your dashboard you will see two options:

Works in Progress: This shows manuscripts that you are working on. We’ll show you the date and time you last worked on your book, along with the title, the author and the format you chose. To go back to working on your manuscript, click ‘Edit manuscript’. To delete it, click ‘Delete’. You can also download a Word version of your book, or a PDF/EPub once it’s been converted. Click the ‘Files’ tab on the dashboard to see the files available for you to download. To continue working on your book, click 'Resume' and this will take you back to the last stage of the process you reached.

Completed Works: This shows the books for which you have converted both the manuscript and the cover. These books are ready to download as fully formatted PDFs, InDesign files, or EPubs, depending on the format you chose. From here, you can go on to publish or print your book. When a book has been published, it appears as a Public work on your Dashboard. If it's yet to be published, it appears as a Private work. You'll also see a tab on your Completed Works items saying 'Commercial Terms'. Click on this to set the List Price (RRP) for your book to complete the publishing process.
