If you’re not sure what structure your book should have, here are a couple of recommended structures for different types and sizes of book. Compulsory items are marked with an asterisk (*). All other items are optional. These blueprints are only a guide – for a list of all the possible parts of your book, see our list of Components.

Fiction Blueprint (suggested size: B format)
